3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed via Stripe or secure bank transfer
Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes
Payment is due in full unless otherwise agreed
All digital and downloadable products are non-refundable due to instant access
For coaching programs or retreats, please refer to the specific refund/cancellation policy provided at time of booking.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance through approved systems
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Missed or late cancellations may be subject to full charges
Retreat cancellation policies will be outlined during registration

All content—including videos, audio meditations, workbooks, course materials, branding, and frameworks like ASCEND™—are the intellectual property of Melanie Morgan and Impact Evolution Coaching. Duplication, distribution, or resale without written permission is prohibited.
